Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for cleanliness, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hotel or similar environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for staff to follow.
• Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain efficiency and quality of work.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping activities with hotel operations.
• Maintain records related to housekeeping activities, including staff schedules and inventory logs.

Experience

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and janitorial practices.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and custodial experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
