ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Connect with new and existing clients to understand and assess their insurance and financial needs.
Insurance Planning: Advise clients on appropriate insurance solutions to meet their short and long-term financial goals.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and offer ongoing support for their insurance needs.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to provide clients with the best options available.
Portfolio Expansion: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to enhance client insurance portfolios.
Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
RequirementsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or as a financial advisor.
Current and valid insurance license in the state of Wisconsin.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client relationships.
Ability to analyze financial information and make recommendations for clients.
Proficiency with technology, including CRM platforms and financial planning software.
Dedication to providing clients with exceptional customer service and tailored financial solutions.
Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
