Job Title: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician

Location: Napa, CA

Salary: $250k-280k

Job Overview: We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient facility in Napa, CA. This role is ideal for a physician experienced in adult and geriatric care, with a small portion of pediatric patients. The position requires expertise in EKG interpretation and offers opportunities to perform a variety of procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care, with a focus on 90% adult and geriatric patients and 10% pediatric patients.
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for efficient patient management.
• Interpret EKGs and integrate findings into patient care plans.
• Perform acute, chronic, and preventative care for patients.
• Optionally, engage in additional clinical activities such as:
  • Splinting
  • Employment physicals and examinations
  • Disability exams and workers’ compensation evaluations
  • Adult procedures
  • X-ray interpretation

Required Qualifications:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Proficiency in EKG interpretation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in splinting.
• Conducting employment physicals and examinations.
• Performing disability exams and workers’ compensation evaluations.
• Experience with adult procedures.
• Ability to interpret X-rays.
