Job Description

We are a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground. We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. We service out of the New Castle, Delaware terminal and deliveries to the New Castle County and surrounding areas. You will work in an assigned area completing the delivery and pick up of customer packages. It is a physically demanding and challenging role that requires strong customer service skills.

We are looking for Highly Motivated People that want to Earn Great Money while getting a great workout and building some muscles.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPECTATIONS:

• · Must be 21 years or older
• · Must have a valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
• · Driver will be responsible to drive a company vehicle and deliver packages to both residential and business locations. Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and a physical for a DOT card. Driver is required to lift a minimum of 50 to 75 pounds and will be giving a handcart to assist with deliveries due to the weight limit of a single package being up to 150pounds.
• · Background Check DETAILS:: Must be able to pass a background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test (clean criminal background (10 years), clean MVR the past 3 years (driving record).
• · Must be available to work on Saturday or Sunday
• · Must have excellent attendance (unscheduled absences are not acceptable and will not be tolerated)

Please include any previous delivery experience – area knowledge of Delaware is a plus!

Schedule:

• · Day Shift
• · Work days 7 to 8 hour shifts, excluding the holiday/peak season which will extend the shift.
• · Work weeks are scheduled for 5 days, except for peak season where it is a mandated 6 days(unless not needed). Schedule includes 1 weekend day every week.

• · Start time: 8:30 AM

Job Types:

Pay:

• $100.00 - $300.00 per day
• Paychecks are deposited weekly.

• · Under 1 year
• · (PREFERRED): Must have 1-year verifiable truck driving experience within the last 3 years or 5 years within the last 10 years
