Field Marketing Associate / Canvasser - NB Overview System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking for individuals to join our award-winning team. As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life. You’ll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space. Responsibilities Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport Canvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners Maintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction Efficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software Our Field Marketing Associates Enjoy Average FMA makes $60,000/year Hourly pay rate of $22/hour $250 commission on each closed sale Paid training Advancement opportunities into roles such as team leaders, design consultants, and more 32-40 hour work week Benefits for all FMAs, such as Health, Vision, Dental, Life, and 401K Experience & Skills Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportation Be able to be on your feet throughout most of the day Be friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skills Be able to work weekends and special events Be willing to train and excited to represent our brand About You Self-motivated: You have excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed Great Communicator: You excel in both verbal and written communications Personable: You’re known for your outgoing personality and professionalism Positive Attitude: You have a can-do attitude and a mindset focused on growth and learning Outdoors Lover: You enjoy being outside on a daily basis and also relish the idea of helping others transform their outdoors into a space that brings people together About Us As the nation’s leading outdoor remodeling company, System Pavers has been creating gorgeous, personalized living spaces that deliver quality, beauty, and durability we proudly stand behind.
