Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct extrusion trials for clients in collaboration with the Company’s partners, including preparation of trial specifications, acting as a liaison between clients and the Company’s head office, and developing comprehensive trial reports.
• Provide technical and process support to customers to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction.
• Support the sales organization by contributing technical expertise to product development, promotions, and commercial proposals.
• Perform research and development trials in partnership with local collaborators.
• Visit and support R&D centers in both product and process development initiatives.
• Provide on-site support during production line start-ups, including verification of contractual quality performance, personnel training, and process and line management.
• Represent the Company’s technical expertise and capabilities at trade fairs, conferences, and industry exhibitions.
• Assist in the planning and execution of technical and process-focused seminars.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agri-Food Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Prior knowledge or experience in extrusion processes is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Proven analytical, synthesis, and technical writing capabilities.
• High level of rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
• Proven capability to drive projects from bench-scale development through commercialization.
• Experience working in cross-functional and culturally diverse teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
