Job Summary
PrideStaff San Diego is seeking an experienced Reach Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations for our clients. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, the ability to make small decisions independently, and a solid understanding of efficient warehouse workflows.
Responsibilities
• Safely operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve products.
• Load, unload, and stage pallets for shipping and receiving.
• Perform picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment tasks accurately.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues immediately.
• Maintain organization throughout the warehouse, labeling and consolidating materials.
• Assist with cycle counts and general inventory control tasks.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including equipment operation and PPE requirements.
• Support general warehouse duties as needed.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and exceed productivity expectations.
Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent reach truck / stand-up forklift experience.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and workflow efficiency.
• Ability to make small operational decisions independently as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $23.00
