Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Forklift Operators to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently operating either a cherry picker, high-reach, Stand-up or Turret equipment to retrieve and transport products within the distribution center. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of order fulfillment and maintaining a smooth workflow in our operations.

Duties

• Operate PIT equipment to pick and transport items from high shelves to designated areas.
• Load and unload products from trucks and pallets, ensuring safe handling of materials.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate order picking.
• Assist in shipping and receiving tasks, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating PIT is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and distribution center operations is a plus.
• Strong skills in materials handling, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes, as well as order picking techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating attention to detail.
• Must be able to pass safety training and adhere to all safety regulations within the warehouse.
