CUSA, LLC, is searching for a Guest Service Manager for our Mainstay Suites which will be converting to an IHG Garner Hotel property located in Brentwood, TN.

Our guest service manager will lead, direct and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent guest service functions while the extended stay hotel guests receive a safe and secure place to stay. Improving the guest experience by thoughtful conversation, friendly first impression, knowledgeable of hotel features and amenities and ability to drive Guest Love and all key metrics resulting in excellent guest service surveys. Answering questions, providing information and making recommendations about the hotel and local area. Ability to operate the guest services area as a business driving topline revenue managing guest payments for reservations, groups, meetings and events. Ability to meet and exceed brand enrollment goals, budgeted revenue and expenses and lead generation of the guest services team. Completes their job duties in conjunction with the hotel's standard operating policy and procedures, standardized business practices, cash control, safety and security.

Previous guest service experience required. CUSA
