Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable Seasonal Part-Time Gardener to help maintain and enhance our gardens and landscaped areas during the peak growing season. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a love of plants, and can work both independently and as part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant, prune, weed, mulch, and water garden beds


• Mow lawns, edge borders, and maintain pathways


• Assist with planting seasonal flowers, shrubs, and trees


• Monitor plant health and report pest or disease issues


• Maintain and clean garden tools and equipment


• Follow safety protocols and use equipment responsibly


• Support general upkeep of the grounds, including leaf removal and litter pickup

Qualifications

• Prior gardening or landscaping experience preferred but not required


• Basic knowledge of plants, soils, and gardening techniques


• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions


• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods


• Reliable transportation to and from the work site


• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions
