What Youll Do
- Build full-stack features using TypeScript (React/Next.js) and Python (FastAPI/Django)
- Develop scalable APIs and backend services powering AI-driven decision systems
- Productionise machine learning models into real-world workflows
- Optimise performance, reliability, and system efficiency
- Ship quickly in a collaborative, high-accountability engineering culture
What Were Looking For
- Final-year or recent CS graduates from top-ranked global universities
- Strong fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, distributed systems
- Hands-on experience in Python and/or TypeScript from internships or advanced projects
- Evidence of excellence: open-source, research, hackathons, impactful university work
- Curious, ambitious engineers who want to solve hard problems at scale
- Ability to work onsite in Denver at least 3 days/week
