Outstanding Pay for Company Drivers

As a Company Driver operating a 3-axle truck, you can earn 30% or more on your loads. Enjoy competitive weekly pay options: either .70 CPM or 30% of the load, whichever is greater, with the potential to earn an average annual salary of $85,000! Start your journey with Paid Orientation including travel and hotel accommodations.

• Average Annual Pay: $85,000 for Company Drivers

If you are an Owner Operator, you can earn an average of $250,000. Experience flexibility with your schedule and get paid after every load.

• Owner Operators can make $250,000 on average

Open Deck Experience Required

Minimum Requirements for All Drivers:

• Age: Must be at least 23 years
• License: Must possess a Class A CDL
• Experience: At least 1 year OTR, including 6 months open deck experience
• Equipment: Tractors must be ELD Compliant

Additional Requirements for Company Drivers:

• No more than 3 Recordable/Preventable Accidents
• No Alcohol Convictions in the last 10 years
• No Drug Convictions/Issues in the last 5 years
