Company Drivers Can Earn Exceptional Pay

As a Company Driver operating a 3-axle truck, enjoy the benefits of either a .70 CPM rate or 30% of the loads you deliver—whichever is greater—when you run at least 2,000 miles weekly! With an average annualized pay of $85,000, you can begin your journey with Paid Orientation , including travel and hotel accommodations.

Open Deck Experience is Required

Minimum Requirements for All Drivers:

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Possession of a Class A CDL
• Minimum of 1 year OTR experience and at least 6 months in open deck
• Tractors must comply with ELD regulations

Additional Requirements for Company Drivers:

• Restrictions: No more than 3 Recordable/Preventable Accidents
• No Alcohol Convictions in the last decade
• No Drug Convictions or issues in the last 5 years
