THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE
As our Home Services Comfort Advisor, you conduct in-home consultations and assessments, listening carefully to each customer's needs and concerns. With your expert knowledge of HVAC products and services, you provide personalized recommendations that exceed expectations. As the day progresses, you close sales with ease, achieving a closing ratio of over 60%. You follow up on unclosed sales calls, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your attention to detail ensures that load calculations are complete on every estimate, and all necessary paperwork is processed efficiently.
But it's not just about sales - you also take the time to mentor and support your team, leading by example with top performance and accountability.
