We are seeking a highly motivated HR Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Employee Labor Relations team in La Crosse, WI! This role is an excellent entry point into Human Resources and offers opportunities for growth within the department. You will play a key role in supporting HR operations through a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Assist with auditing employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports for leadership and departmental use.
• Supports organization-wide systems such as meeting room management and other data management.
• Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

What's Available?

• 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday-Friday days between 7:00am-5:00pm
• Location: Onsite - Front Street Office in La Crosse, WI
• Starting pay of $19.86/hour + more based on relevant experience!

What You'll Need:

• Associates degree in Human Resources or business related field
• 1 year of relevant experience in office or administrative setting
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong customer service mindset and problem solving ability
