The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll serve as the driving force behind large-scale HVAC projects, balancing technical excellence, financial performance, and client relationships. You’ll lead experienced teams, guide junior talent, and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver work you can be proud of.

What You Bring:

• Significant experience managing complex HVAC projects in commercial or industrial environments
• Strong mechanical knowledge paired with sound financial and contractual judgment
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire project teams
