Job Description

We are hiring a  HVAC Operations Coordinator for a well-established HVAC company in the Sterling, VA area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and ready to take their customer service and coordination skills to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and log daily service requests
• Communicate service timelines and updates to customers
• Send and track proposals
• Manage service contracts and warranty claims
• Coordinate with vendors for parts ordering and tracking
• Perform warehouse duties: receive orders, label by job, maintain inventory
• Communicate regularly with management
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Field Service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma required
• Familiarity with  QuickBooks and  Microsoft Excel is a plus
