Lincoln Electric has an outstanding opportunity for an Industrial Engineer. The Industrial Engineer will play a key role supporting our Electronics Factory. In this role, you will provide collaborative communication, applying knowledge and experience toward innovating and improving our PC board manufacturing operation. This role involves working with cross-functional teams using innovative and creative problem-solving skills to meet project goals.

What You Will Do
• Engineer safe, high quality, cost effective, ergonomic, and environmentally responsible manufacturing of PC boards for the Electronics Factory
• Work can be electrical, mechanical, industrial or chemical in nature depending upon background and job assignment
• Assignments are broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity
• Assist with the implementation of a proactive continuous improvement program
• Support Production Department in achieving safety, quality, attainment and cost targets
• Work effectively with R&D, Plant Engineering, Maintenance and other Electronics Factory employees to improve quality, manufacturability, and value of PC board designs
• Interact professionally with external resources such as equipment suppliers and consultants
• Coordinate activities of technical personnel
• Evaluate and implement employee suggestions
• Perform cost analysis, initiate and implement cost reductions
• Perform capability studies for quality improvements
• Perform capacity studies for production improvements
• Under general supervision, plan, conduct and supervise projects and factory support
• Assist in development training resources for production and improving manufacturing processes/procedure
• Work under general supervision with few direct instructions
• Carries out routine and tasks independently
• Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the company’s 2025 Strategy
• Bachelors of Science in Engineering and 5+ years of experience
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to handle a variety of assignments and changing priorities
• Excellent decision making ability
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to perform hands-on work as required
• Ability to occasionally work off shift
