The Position

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving lead qualification, pipeline development, and early-stage customer engagement. You will play a critical role in the success of our business by identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and supporting the sales process through to handoff and/or closing the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to generate new opportunities.
  • Engage prospective clients via phone, email, and digital channels to understand needs and present Nuritas’ value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce), tracking all activity and client interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Scientific teams to support the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product demos with senior sales representatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on Nuritas products, peptide science trends, and industry developments.
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics including call volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created.
  • Flexible working hours due to Global nature of the role

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales, business development, or lead generation role—ideally in biotech, life sciences, nutrition, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with technical and executive-level audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • A passion for science, innovation, and making a meaningful impact in health and wellness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales in nutraceuticals, pharma, or functional ingredients.
