What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a highly motivated and personable Inspector Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting in-home inspections at pre-scheduled appointments. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

What Your Day Might Look Like

You will assess current customers' residential properties for signs of rodent activity, termite infestations, and moisture-related damage - in attics, crawl spaces, and backyards - and provide customers with clear, professional recommendations and service options.

  • Attend scheduled inspection appointments daily (no cold calling).
  • Perform thorough whole-home inspections to identify:
  • Rodent activity or damage
  • Termite infestations
  • Moisture-related damage
  • Educate homeowners on findings and propose tailored solutions.
  • Accurately document inspection results and customer needs.
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through excellent service and communication.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Stay up to date on company services, processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure every customer experience is a great one

This is a commission-only role with top reps making over $18k per month! New reps averaging $8,000–$14,000 in their first month with our training and proven scripts

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude.
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Coachable, eager to learn and apply feedback quickly.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to lift, kneel, and maneuver in various home environments.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check
