Job Description:

As an HVAC Install Helper with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, you will play a vital role in supporting our skilled HVAC installers in delivering top-quality installations in residential settings. Your role will involve assisting with the installation of various HVAC systems, performing necessary equipment upgrades, and ensuring high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will contribute to our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist HVAC installers with the installation of systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats in residential settings.
• Support in equipment and parts upgrades as needed to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process, supporting the team in ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Some experience or training in HVAC installation or related field is required 
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
