Education Bachelor’s degree in education, Adult Learning or equivalent experience. Experience 2+ years in instructional design and development to craft engaging content. Skills & Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Skilled in using digital learning tools for effective design and delivery. Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Effective organization and prioritization skills. Clear communication across all levels of management. Preferred Qualifications Certificate in Instructional Design or Technology.
