Job Description

Intern - Data Analyst

Rally House is seeking a motivated Intern to join our team this Summer 2026! The Data Analyst Intern supports the organization by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights across departments. This role assists in maintaining accurate data, documenting processes, and creating reports and visualizations to guide business strategies and improvements. The intern will also support evaluations of existing automations and provide recommendations to improve processes and efficiency. This intern will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement within a collaborative business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data using statistical methods to produce reports that highlight trends and patterns
  • Support the review of existing automations and assess their effectiveness
  • Assist in documenting processes, methodologies, and data management practices
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations to improve company processes, automation efficiency, and overall consumer satisfaction

Skills and Knowledge

  • Ability to adapt to change and assume added responsibilities
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Must be willing to work part-time in a Rally House store prior to starting the internship; currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and/or recent graduate with or pursuing a relevant degree; available to work standard hours M-F at corporate office location in Lenexa, KS; demonstrated desire to build a long-term career with Rally House.

Physical Requirements: Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment; able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen; occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds.
