As a Culinary Intern in the Hot Kitchen, you’ll work closely with our professional chefs to prepare a wide variety of international and local dishes, from sizzling stir-fries and rich sauces to perfectly grilled meats and comforting soups.
Your main mission? To help create distinctive culinary experiences that delight every guest. You’ll learn essential kitchen techniques, how to work cleanly and efficiently, and how to bring flavours to life while operating in a real 5-star hotel environment.
