They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong M&A experience who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to take on a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Contribute to business development efforts and support senior bankers in originating new mandates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4-6 years of investment banking experience, with a strong track record in M&A.
• Deep understanding of the TMT sector is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Highly analytical with strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
