Job Description

Essential Duties/Qualifications:

• Will be responsible for processing A/P invoices, reviewing statements, new vendor setup, processing credit applications, reporting, assisting the team with any clerical/accounting work (including timecard entry for payroll, processing invoices, issuing purchase orders, etc.)


• Qualified candidates will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities


• Ideal candidate will have Accounting/Bookkeeping experience (1-3+ years&rsquo accounting experience preferred, but not required)


• Must be detail oriented, have strong communication skills, patience and be able to prioritizE


• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required


• Recent college graduates with accounting, finance or business degrees, please apply!
