Job Summary:
KellyMitchell Group is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join their team. The role involves managing resource data and forecasts, collaborating with resource managers, and analyzing discrepancies in resource data to support decision-making and planning activities.
Responsibilities:
Manage the addition, update, and removal of resource data and forecasts in Broadcom Clarity PPM for a population of 500+ resources
Collaborate with resource managers to ensure accurate forecasting, timely timesheet submission, and resolution of resource-related issues
Analyze forecasted versus actual resource data to identify discrepancies and implement necessary adjustments
Generate and deliver ad-hoc resource reports and insights to support decision-making and planning activities
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of Clarity PPM
2+ years of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint experience
Basic knowledge of project coordination
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Well-developed organizational and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
