Crew technical analysis associates act as liaisons between business and technology teams, assisting in the design, development, and testing of technical solutions. Responsibilities: Assist in the administration of Sales Cloud and support configuration efforts across Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud Support user management, field creation, testing, and deployment processes Participate in troubleshooting and configuration tasks, learning on the job under senior mentorship Document configuration, participate in testing/UAT, and help bring features to production Actively contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team working toward go-live and optimization milestones Qualifications: Strong interest in CRM systems and technology, particularly Salesforce Familiarity with Agile and Scrum Strong aptitude for problem-solving, communication, and learning quickly Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt in a dynamic environment Exposure to Salesforce or the healthcare industry is a plus Certifications: Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator (or actively working toward it) If not currently certified, must demonstrate a strong willingness and aptitude to achieve certification within the first 6 months on the job The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
