Job Description
Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel-level attorney to join its Labor & Employment Department with a focus on labor relations. This position is open to candidates in any of the firms national offices.
The ideal candidate will have:
6+ years of experience representing management in labor relations and union matters
A strong track record advising employers on the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
Experience conducting collective bargaining, handling unfair labor practice charges, and managing union organizing campaigns
Exposure to high-stakes OSHA matters is a plus
Excellent academic credentials, law firm or clerkship experience, and exceptional research, writing, and communication skills
The firm is particularly interested in attorneys who bring ambition, initiative, and a collaborative approach to growing and supporting a nationally recognized practice. The ability to quickly and effectively navigate complex labor issues is essential.
