Job Summary
Our Maintenance Division is seeking dependable and motivated Landscape Laborers to join our Horticulture, Mowing, and Landscape Maintenance crews. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, operating landscaping equipment, and contributing to the upkeep of beautiful properties.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, and mulching.
Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
Assist with troubleshooting irrigation systems and performing basic repairs as needed.
Support day-to-day crew tasks and follow direction from Foremen and Supervisors.
Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and debris as required.
Ensure work is performed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
Represent Let It Grow, Inc. in a professional manner with clients and team members.
Qualifications & Skills
Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred, but not required; training provided.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
Ability to operate lawn and landscape equipment safely.
Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
Physical ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions, stand/walk for long periods, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
