Job Description:
Our client, a growing financial services distribution firm in Texas, partners with independent financial advisors to support complex planning needs for high-net-worth and corporate clients. They are expanding their life insurance case management team and seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee life insurance brokerage cases and serve as a key liaison between producers, internal teams and carriers.
Responsibilities:

• Manage daily case activity and workflows in coordination with underwriting, case design and firm development teams.
• Submit life insurance applications to carriers accurately and efficiently.
• Track outstanding case requirements and coordinate additional documentation with agents.
• Negotiate with carriers on informal and formal offers to support client goals.
• Communicate clear expectations and timelines to agents and internal partners.
• Review and identify concerns in exams, MVRs, applications and questionnaires.

• Three to five years of experience in life insurance case management; multi-carrier environment (preferred)
• Familiarity with complex cases and independent advisors serving high-net-worth clients.
• Strong accuracy, initiative and ownership of results.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate software such as Agency Integrator and PaperClip.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WebEx
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
