Ferguson is seeking a Lighting Delivery & Installation Associate to join their In-House Delivery & Installation Team. Responsibilities include performing basic lighting installation and learning custom lighting installations, ensuring installed lights are damage free, accurately installed per manufacturer’s specifications, and fully functioning. The role requires expert and courteous interaction with builders, designers, and on-site customers. The associate will attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications, provide driver duties, pick up customer returns, perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any issues to the supervisor. The associate must follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications include 1+ years of experience preferred, a valid state-issued license, minimum age of 21, possession or ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card, ability to lift heavy objects with equipment, excellent customer service skills, mechanical skills with willingness to learn plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents. Pre-employment drug and background screening is required.
