Are you a detail-driven paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment? We're looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys through every stage of the litigation process. If you're organized, proactive, and ready to make an impact, this role is for you.

Adams & Martin Group is working with a growing California-based firm as it embarks on its New York practice. Help the firm establish itself in Midtown, and work on complex commercial, IP, and anti-trust cases within the latest innovations and industries.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. (Occasional overtime/weekends)

What You'll Do

• Prepare litigation documents, exhibits, and correspondence
• Manage calendars, schedule depositions, and coordinate trial prep
• Conduct legal research and assist with discovery
• Communicate with clients and keep cases moving forward
• Organize case files and maintain litigation databases
• Assist in eDiscovery databases and production

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience (mid-to-large firm preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , Lexis , and litigation support tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Readiness and willingness to jump in on a wide range of administrative and substantive duties to boost team productivity, especially against tight deadlines.
