LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Medical Lab Technician Manager for a local contract job in Bandon, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Local Contract

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in laboratory science.
• Minimum 2 years of training in high complexity testing.
• Minimum 2 years directing or supervising high complexity testing.
• Successful completion of a National Certification Examination.
• Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory equipment.
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional service orientation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online software.

Certifications / Compliance:

• Must meet CLIA 88 requirements.

Staffing / Work Environment:

• 24-hour laboratory service.
• Typical staffing: 6 techs and 4 lab tech assistants.
