Low Voltage Technician

$20-$26 hourly

Responsibilities

• Wire access controls for Quality Control.
• Use hand and power tools effectively.
• Understand and differentiate between AC and DC currents.
• Perform communications tasks such as CCTV, security installation, and access control setups.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Stay organized and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of AC/DC differences.
• Communications experience, including CCTV, security installations, and access controls.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Organizational skills.
• Blueprint reading skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• DCJS certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with access controls is a significant advantage.
• Experience with 'head-in' work is beneficial.

Work Environment

The position involves working indoors in a non-climate-controlled setting. The work schedule is Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
