Maintenance II 

Location: Onsite – Sheridan, AR 

Competitive Compensation:  Starting at $32.00per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift and Weekend Shifts.

Shifts Needed :

• 2nd Shift Monday – Friday 2:30pm – 11:00pm

We are looking for Maintenance II in our Faucets Facility. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

•   Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment
• Basic electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues.
• Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machines.
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
• Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
• Install and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
• Basic repair and maintenance of physical structure of the facility
• Set up and operate basic machine tools.
• Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
• Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures.
• Must be able to read and interpret simple hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, structural blueprints.
• Utilize SAP system for work order.
• Monitor the efficiencies of boiler system.

Key Qualifications  

•   Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship. 
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. 
• Must be at least 18 years old. 

Preferred Qualifications  

•   Minimum of 1 year manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Electrical license.
• Have two or more years of electronic/electrical experience and/or on-the- job training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Requirements  

•   Physical Capability:  Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 35 pounds or more.
•   Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check. 
•   Reliability:  Consistent attendance and work performance.
•   Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures
