Job Overview: This role leads menu board strategy, merchandising creative, and execution for all of BK US. It also supervises national coupons creative and manages merchandising agency and menu board vendors. Why this role is important At RBI, we are a growth company with ambitious goals. Success depends on having the right talent. The Manager, In-Restaurant Marketing Communications, oversees marketing creative development and execution across BK US. Responsibilities: Execute national merchandising aligned with the calendar, leading menu board strategy, food photography, creative, and execution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Calendar, Brand Management, Analytics, Operations, Digital, and Content. Manage digital menu board scheduling and content implementation. Serve as the point of contact for field marketing teams regarding merchandising support. Support national coupons and other in-restaurant initiatives. Essential Duties: Collaborate across functions such as Calendar, Brand Management, Analytics, Operations, Digital, and Content. Manage multiple agencies and vendors to deliver menu board content and other merchandising elements. Oversee maintenance of digital menu boards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to build relationships and motivate others quickly. Experience managing agencies and vendors.
