Managing the below:
Work a lot of case management and sales force
Advisor will put cases in , Meeting SLAs and getting those answered timely
Escalations that happen ( insurance companies difficult to work with)
Insurance for investment
its for a insurance services operations manager - Insurance experience including Life, Universal Life, Indexed Universal Life, and Variable Universal Life as well as some people management
Death benefits to beneficiaries
Advisor side - loading this info correctly (books and records)
