Job Description We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Manufacturing Business Systems team. In this role, you will support the successful design, testing, training and deployment of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and related digital tools and initiatives across our shop floor operations. You will serve as critical liaison between manufacturing operations, IT and cross functional stakeholders to ensure system solutions along with shop floor processes and business goals. This is a hands-on collaborative role supporting continuous improvement and digital transformation across our production environment.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will:
- Support the end-to-end implementation of MES, including process mapping, functional design validation, testing and deployment.
- Enjoy work-life balance with a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
- Lead or support user Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script creation, execution tracking and defect resolution.
- Facilitate training sessions and develop training documentation to support system adoption on the shop floor.
- Participate in cross functional workshop to align systems capabilities with business needs and identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor and support post-deployment activities, troubleshoot issues and escalate as necessary to technical teams.
- Help maintain governance of system changes and act as a change agent for system related initiatives across sites.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor's degree in relevant field and some exposure to business systems or manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams from the shop floor.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation and business process mapping.
- May consider candidates with additional experience for a Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst II position.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Experience with Oracle Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or similar platforms.
- Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g PowerBI).
- Familiarity with ERP, manufacturing KPIs, Lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience using engineering tools such as PTC Creo Illustrate, SolidWorks or equivalent to develop or support digital work instructions.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $57866 - $98372

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
