About this role

A Marketing Intern for our NY Office who is responsible for leading marketing project execution, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and creating content and reports. It also involves coordination with external partners and providing strategic insights based on campaign results. The perfect candidate will have a keen eye for good marketing communications and will be highly detail-oriented and task-focused to keep projects moving and on track in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Takes an active role in managing marketing projects, including creative briefs, website and artwork design, and video production.
• Collaborates with team members to prepare marketing and advertising plans and assets, while keeping the team informed on project status.
• Provides timely and professional updates to executive leadership, and coordinates meetings, briefings, and requests to ensure feedback is incorporated into each project.
• Works with the sales team and vendors to manage tradeshow logistics, event planning, and inventory coordination, when applicable.
• Assists in creating social media content and various marketing assets such as blog posts, eBooks, case studies, and more.
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from multiple sources.
• Conducts competitor research to identify industry trends and inform future marketing strategies, including content and social media planning.
• Supports company goals by taking ownership of new and diverse assignments as needed.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of marketing experience; financial services industry preferred.
• Excellent communicator who has demonstrated mastery of cross-team communication; knows how to keep team members on-task and on-schedule in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment.
• Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tool to log activities and provide updates to marketing team and stakeholders in a timely fashion.
• Knowledgeable about marketing process and strategy including prior experience with developing marketing plans and/or strategies.
• Bonus experience and skills include Canva, digital advertising, marketing automation - Zoho, and CRM.

Hourly Range

$20-$22 per hour
