In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth patient flow, providing exceptional patient care, and delivering top-notch customer service - all with professionalism and enthusiasm.

No prior medical experience? No problem ! We are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, triage, and room patients
• Assist in managing patient flow
• Record and update patient vitals in the EMR system
• Prepare, clean, and stock exam rooms
• Assist with surgical procedures
• Handle patient calls and follow-ups
• Obtain prior authorizations and referrals for medications, treatments, and procedures
• Process and track lab specimens and diagnostic tests
• Maintain proper sterilization of instruments and equipment
• Perform other duties as needed

What Were Looking For:

• Previous medical experience (preferred, but not required)
• Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records
• Strong communication skills
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Professional and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
