About Us

Idaho Trust Mortgage, an affiliate of Idaho Trust Bank, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. We’re a boutique mortgage loan brokerage focused on building long-term relationships with clients, offering a wide range of products from trusted lending partners, and making the dream of homeownership accessible—because our goal is simple: “A Home for Everyone.”

In this relationship-driven role, you’ll develop a referral network, consult with clients on their financing needs, and guide them through the mortgage process with care and precision. You’ll work alongside an experienced team in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment that values integrity, professionalism, and client-first service.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage referral networks with real estate agents, builders, and financial professionals
  • Help develop and maintain our Preferred Broker relationships
  • Meet with prospective borrowers and recommend loan solutions tailored to their financial goals
  • Submit accurate, complete loan applications and collaborate with processors and third-party lenders
  • Stay current with market trends, lending products, and compliance guidelines
  • Achieve production goals while delivering best-in-class service

What We're looking For

  • 2+ years in mortgage loan origination
  • NMLS-licensed (Idaho or eligible)
  • Proven track record in referral-based sales
  • Familiarity with conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and HELOC products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical standards
  • CRM and mortgage software proficiency
