Well established family owned contracting, service, and light manufacturing company to immediately hire qualified candidate for business office administration and operations management.

 

· Skills/ qualifications

 

o Bookkeeping experience with high proficiency in QuickBooks program

o Highly proficient in Excel programming. Creating, modifying, and correcting spread sheets relative to contracting, service, and manufacturing sectors of operations.

o Data entry of materials and inventory with correction and modification of information in existing data base.

o Ability to learn and understand Company operations and materials commonly used.

o Track and report to Owners P&L information in concert with Company’s CPA

o Monitor job progressions towards completion to invoicing and receivables according to applicable terms and conditions

 

· Education/ experience requirements

 

o High school graduate

o Associate degree or relative business operations experience preferred.
