Wage: $20.00 - $24.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm

Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Cover administrative and HR-related duties during maternity leave
- Provide general office support and assist with day-to-day tasks such as answering phones and ordering supplies
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping duties
- Organize info for quotes and customer billing
- Manage basic clerical work such as filing, data entry and responding to emails
- Support team with any ad hoc administrative needs

Requirements for Office Manager:
- Recent high school graduate or entry-level candidate
- Eager to learn and gain experience in office administration and HR
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Comfortable in an industrial or manufacturing office environment
