Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and motivating Remote Online Fitness Coach to join our team. In this remote role, you will guide clients through personalized training programs, provide nutritional guidance, and support their fitness journeys through virtual platforms. You'll help clients achieve long-term results by creating a structured plan, holding them accountable, and building a strong relationship through regular communication and motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design customized workout and nutrition plans tailored to clients' individual goals, lifestyles, and fitness levels
Host virtual check-ins to review progress, adjust plans, and offer encouragement
Track and analyze client progress using apps, spreadsheets, or coaching software
Provide 24/7 support and accountability via messaging platforms or email
Educate clients on fitness, health, recovery, and sustainable habits
Create content (videos, tips, resources) to engage and educate clients and build your coaching presence
Stay up-to-date with fitness trends, training methods, and best practices
Qualifications:
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) or equivalent
Proven experience in fitness coaching (online or in-person)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
Comfortable using online platforms and fitness tracking tools
Preferred:
Nutrition certification
Experience with online coaching apps (Trainerize, TrueCoach, MyFitnessPal, etc.)
Social media or content creation skills
Compensation:
