The Role Overview We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics & Operations Manager to join our team at SET Active. This role ensures the seamless flow of inventory from production to customer - overseeing 3PL operations, logistics coordination, wholesale and retail fulfillment, and e-commerce systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and has a passion for building structure in a scaling business. What You\'ll Do Lead 3PL operations including receiving, shipping SLAs, and invoice approvals. Manage international logistics (air & sea), shipment tracking, freight audits, and import documentation. Support wholesale operations (PO tracking, logistics coordination, routing guides, product data). Partner with retail teams on new store launches, merchandising support, and event coordination. Oversee operational systems for e-commerce (order management, preorders, chargebacks, fraud, gift card programs). Maintain trademarks, contracts, and insurance documentation. Coordinate sample sales and pop-up events. Who You Are 5+ years in operations, logistics, and/or supply chain (apparel/retail preferred). Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives cross-functionally. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities. Resourceful problem-solver with a get-it-done mindset.
