Job Description
We’re looking for a Parts Manager to lead our Lake Orion parts department. In this role, you’ll ensure our customers and service technicians have access to the parts they need to keep critical equipment in the field. You’ll oversee inventory, purchasing, and a team dedicated to responsive, top-quality support for municipalities and contractors.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop the parts team with a focus on customer service and operational excellence
Manage parts inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to ensure availability and accuracy
Support service teams and field technicians with timely and reliable parts delivery
Partner with sales and operations to drive parts sales growth and identify new opportunities
Build strong relationships with environmental equipment manufacturers and suppliers
What We're Looking For
5+ years of parts management experience (heavy equipment, trucking, or dealership preferred)
Leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring successful teams
Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and vendor relations
Customer-first mindset with the ability to solve problems and build lasting relationships
Business and financial acumen to manage budgets and support department growth
