CSI Companies is seeking a Peoplesoft Application Analyst to work with one of the top hospital systems in Florida!

Title : Peoplesoft Application Analyst

Location : Gainesville or Jacksonville, FL

Type : Hybrid (1 day per month onsite; must reside in Florida)

Classification : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Salary : $100,000 - $105,000 annually

Overview :

Our client is seeking a technically strong PeopleSoft Application Analyst to join our Jacksonville-based ERP team. This is a heads-down development role focused on PeopleSoft HCM. You’ll play a critical role in supporting and enhancing enterprise HR systems that directly impact organizational operations. Healthcare experience is not required — candidates from any industry background are welcome.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications using PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker
• Work independently on development tickets and enhancement requests
• Collaborate with internal technical teams on issue resolution and performance optimization
• Provide support for PeopleSoft Workspace and integrations with related systems
• Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment processes

Required Skills :

• 3+ years of PeopleSoft HCM development experience
• Hands-on experience with PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Application Designer, and related tools
• Experience with PeopleSoft Workspace
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Must reside in Florida and be able to come onsite in Jacksonville 1 day per month

Preferred :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Familiarity with HR operations or workflows
