PeopleSoft HCM Developer Miami, FL: Hybrid Role! Direct Hire - Full Time

Workday experience is a plus ! (Nice to have) Summary: Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Developer with strong expertise in Time & Labor and Payroll. Ideal candidate also has Workday HCM exposure. Responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting HCM solutions across both platforms, with focus on integrations, reporting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain PeopleSoft HCM ( PeopleCode , SQR, App Engine, Integration Broker) with focus on Time & Labor and Payroll. Build Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Web Services, and APIs. (Nice to have) Configure Workday Payroll, Absence Management, business processes, security, and reports. (Nice to have) Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and time tracking issues. Create and optimize reports using PS Query, SQL, Workday Report Writer, and Prism Analytics. (Nice to have) Support compliance (FLSA, ACA, tax laws) and participate in system testing and transition activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 5+ years PeopleSoft HCM development (Time & Labor, Payroll). Strong skills in SQL, XML, REST/SOAP APIs. Preferred: (Nice to have): 3+ years Workday HCM development (Payroll, Absence). Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, and Payroll Year-End experience. Workday security and configuration.
