Immediate need for a BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician to join a well established group in rural western OH. Lets Discuss Some Details/FAQs below for your perusal Compensation and Benefits Package Salary: Based on working a minimum of 1452hrs/yr and $215/hr equates to $312,180. Shift length is 12hrs working 4 on 8 off with opportunity for picking up other shifts/sites. Retirement: 401K Immediate eligibility for employee contribution and employer matching our match is 3% of gross pay up to IRS limits Profit Sharing (Combined with Match Goal of 10%) 7% An example of what that would mean for you based on the above salary in 2024 is this: Your max contribution by IRS limits for 2024 $23,000.K match (NEC) $ 9,635. profit sharing $24,852.60 $54,218.00 The profit-sharing portion is contributed on your behalf each year of your employment. That portion is "cliff vested". This means that if you depart before 3 years, you will forfeit the profit sharing portion of the plan.
